The last game system that we will go to analyze is the 1-4-4-2. It is origin in the 1-3-3 and is one of the most used systems in the football world. Is a system which uses many teams, because is a balanced system.



Characteristics:

Its composition is one goalkeeper, four defenders, four midfielders and two forwards.

- The defenders formed by 2 side that offensive route depends on the midfielders, if they play inside or in the side.
- The midfield with 4 midfielders, responsible for give the defensive balance arrival the opponent's box equipment. They must also be able to create game. 2 of them plays inside, who must be the defensive balance. The other 2 midfielders must be a huge route in attack and defense, also they need be a good playmakers.
- The front is formed by 2. Normally the forwards are differents in this system. One of them is strong and play very well on his back. The other is fast and dribble.

Advantages:

- Better balance in midfield. better engagement of field.
- More defensive efficiency
- Distribute efforts in defense.

Disadvantages:

- Very lonely front if it is not accompanied offensively
- Inflexibility of positions
- Without mobility is a predictive system.

The Conduction or "Lead" At Football

It is the technique that the player does on having controlled and to handle the ball in his to roll about the area of game. Importantly the progression in his education, that is to say from the slow and simple thing to the rapid and superior thing.

The conduction is a technique basically offensive, that is in use for taking the ball of a point to other one, looking for superiority, to open spaces ... to obtain the principal aim of the football, score to goal.


To lead the ball, there is in use normally the exterior part of the dominant foot, this happens in high level, since in low categories it is more complicated that it is like that. But anyhow there must train which is the correct way of doing this action.

Some bases for the correct development of this skill:

"To "caress" the ball. (Precision of I throb and force applied to the ball). 
The vision between space and the ball. (The vision and control at all time of the ball, opponents and companions). Peripheral vision. 
The need of his protection. (To support the possession of the ball).


A good conduction has to be done by the elevated head, without being looking constant at the ball, in addition both legs have to be in use. Short touches must be realized not to lose the control of the ball and it is necessary to go as quick as possible.

The concept of the technique at football

The concept of technique at football, will be defined as all actions that is capable of a football player, dominating and directing the ball with all the surfaces of contact that allows the regulation (Head, chess, Feet... Quite except arms and hands).

At football there exist two types of technique, the individual and the collective one. And inside these two, we can find the defensive technique and the offensive technique.

Individual Technique: Actions that it is capable of developing a player of football in own benefit finishing a play without the intervention of other companions of the equipment. But that have a final benefit for the team.

Colective Technique: Actions that two or more players of a team do to connect looking always for the benefit of the set by means of an effective ending of the play.



The technique at football is based on several aspects, for example:

 - Correct situation on the ball, feeling direction of the rival, speed and possible options to do.
 - Concentration on the ball, without losing it of sight, to assure a good contact in the precise moment and place and with the force adapted to achieve a good culmination to a previous action.
 - Coordination of movements, domain of the body, easing and balance over the foot of support.
 - Skill in the execution.
 - A wide base of technical, offensive and defensive concepts, based on a lot of work, trainings and effort.
