The importance of play for children
In lower grades, a child to play or not to play a match, it may mean that the child is frustrated or go home happy.
It should give the child the opportunity to play regardless of the level you have and your ability. While this does not mark or not even get it right, you will go out and play better and see their mistakes, not to mention the great importance that the child sees his coach cares about.
In these categories, as we have said in previous post, the child has to understand the values of sport and the coach should make the child feel good doing what he does.
CHILDREN ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!
