TACTICAL ACTIONS: CHANGE RHYTHM
The rhythm changes tactics puenden be both offensive and defensive actions, depending on the time in which you use and the target.
Types:
- Conservation of the ball: repeated actions are performed without losing the ball, spreading and manipulating the team that shows no apparent intention other than to have the initiative and logically the ball.
- Tempo: It manifests when maintained from the beginning to the end of the game, few efforts and actions that do not suffer for their development no apparent change in their intensity.
- Change of pace: Are the various movements, in terms of slowness and speed, a team of men who are in possession of the ball and the different speeds and trajectories of this. They can be individual and collective.
