Respect in football
It is increasingly easy to see how football teams try to break the rules and use techniques desonrosas the opponent. Something that in my opinion is a shame and should not be not even televised.
Football is a sport of the masses, and therefore we must educate practitioners on respect and fair play partner, as our children and boys' teams do not have a good image because of the big teams now they enjoy a day not too fair play.
We should remove those standards of our equipment and create a solid foundation of respect for the partner and the opponent, and respects the rules and fair play, they understand that is the party that is, no longer a game in which let's have fun.
EDUCATE YOUR TEAM!
The importance of play for children
In lower grades, a child to play or not to play a match, it may mean that the child is frustrated or go home happy.
It should give the child the opportunity to play regardless of the level you have and your ability. While this does not mark or not even get it right, you will go out and play better and see their mistakes, not to mention the great importance that the child sees his coach cares about.
In these categories, as we have said in previous post, the child has to understand the values of sport and the coach should make the child feel good doing what he does.
CHILDREN ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!

THE STRATEGY AND THE TACTICS
THE STRATEGY AND THE TACTICS
There are several individual and team tactical skills to play football effectively. In theory, football is a simple game, as illustrated by Kevin Keegan famous assertion that "to win a game you only need to score more goals than the opposite." However, well-organized and prepared teams are often capable of beating teams with supposedly more skilled players. Football tactics differ from those of many other sports because football has a high degree of continuous action (ie, is not divided into isolated games, as in football, or dots, as in tennis).
The tactics are all attack and defense actions performed by players from one team to surprise and combat (offensive principles) or counteract and neutralize (defensive principles) opponents during the game with the ball in play. These principles must be balanced by a good organization of the game.
The organization of the game is the distribution of tasks for each player. A good occupation of the field and proper allocation of tasks according to the qualities of each team member.
By assigning the initial positions of the players and defining their main and supplementary necessary functions in football today, the organization of the game ensure increased team cohesion, which will impact on greater efficiency and safety.
The organization of the game depends first game system you use. A gaming system is the place that a player chooses or is imposed on the ground, ie, is the distribution of a team on the field once defined starting position players.
Secondly, the organization of the game will depend on the offensive and defensive moves, such movements are divided into offensive and defensive principles that serve to organize and appoint a majority of the actions taking place in football.
Thus the offensive principles refer to the actions developed by a team when in possession.

PENALTY KICK
PENALTY KICK
The penalty kick is a technical penalty in football. This is rule 14. occurs when a player commits an offense punishable by a direct free kick inside the penalty area.
The launch was performed from a designated spot 11 meters out with a pitcher and goalkeeper only.
The goalkeeper standing on the goal line without being able to anticipate the pitcher kicks the ball.
The pitcher must be identified and can kick the ball when the referee signal. You can not reverse or make a complete stop at the stroke release.
The penalty has been studied by mathematicians and psychologists and proved by many studies being infuido both. Psychology used by the goalkeeper in the pitcher and contrary alike. There is also a statistical summary of where they usually throw the penalties and where goalkeepers are often pulled to stop them.

TACTICAL ACTIONS: CHANGES IN ORIENTATION
TACTICAL ACTIONS: CHANGES IN ORIENTATION
Those long short shipments, media or changing its trajectory ball. They are made to exploit gaps, disorient the enemy, get amplitude in attack and find the back of the opponent.
One of the greatest examples of changes in orientation is Xabi Alonso.
A change of orientation may have two objectives:
- To make a quick attack space.
- Find a solution to pressure the opposing team.
The tactical response to a change in orientation is tilting.
Here a video with an examples of change in orientation:

TACTICAL ACTIONS: CHANGE RHYTHM
TACTICAL ACTIONS: CHANGE RHYTHM
The rhythm changes tactics puenden be both offensive and defensive actions, depending on the time in which you use and the target.
Types:
- Conservation of the ball: repeated actions are performed without losing the ball, spreading and manipulating the team that shows no apparent intention other than to have the initiative and logically the ball.
- Tempo: It manifests when maintained from the beginning to the end of the game, few efforts and actions that do not suffer for their development no apparent change in their intensity.
- Change of pace: Are the various movements, in terms of slowness and speed, a team of men who are in possession of the ball and the different speeds and trajectories of this. They can be individual and collective.
Here a video with differents changes of rhythm:

TACTICAL ACTIONS: UNHEACK
TACTICAL ACTIONS: UNHEACK
Uncheck is to escape the vigilance of an opponent when our team took over the ball. Therefore it is the consistent action of every player to fill gaps when a colleague comes into possession of the ball.
This is one of the main offensive tactic actions, both to create chances for the conservation of ball.
Types:
- Uncheck support: when assistance is offered to a partner who is in possession, providing the action.
- Clear break: when the position of partner exceeds ball away with or reducing the adverse goal overflowing the net and looking progression.

TACTICAL ACTIONS: FOLDS AND AIDS
TACTICAL ACTIONS: FOLDS AND AIDS
In football folds and aids are two of the most important actions in the defensive actions.
- Folds: Are those that perform reverse movements players a team that lost the ball in their offensive action, returning as quickly as possible to areas or tasks assigned by the coach, with the primary purpose of organized defensively in the most appropriate form and close spaces.
- Aids: The aids are tactical responses to situations of pressure to a teammate. It is about creating superiority in defending zone or ball. The help is always placed in a supporting role without hindering the defense of player you aid.

TACTICAL ACTIONS: INDIVIDUAL DEFENSE AND AREA
TACTICAL ACTIONS: INDIVIDUAL DEFENSE AND AREA
In football there are three types of defensive markings which are used by all coaches to place their defense and prevent attacks from rival teams.
- Individual defense: man-to-man marking. In this defense, the label is to control the movements of an opponent with or without the ball. A direct relationship between the player defending and attacking set. This facilitates individual pressure defense and therefore the fast recovery the ball. Must the defense possesses great physical condition, as the defense not only depends on its placement in the field but the rival movements.
- Zonal defense: zonal marking. The zone defense unlike individual defense is based on a rational use of space and not the man marking. When the team loses the ball, every defense is placed in position considering the place where the ball has been; in this case defense mobility is affected by the position of the ball on the field rather has been front nearby.
- Mixed defense. The joint defense combines the advantages of individual marking and area. When the ball is lost, the defending player is repositioned in position and reacts by performing an individual or zone defense.

TACTICAL ACTIONS: PRESSING
TACTICAL ACTIONS: PRESSING
The pressing is one of the defensive tactical principles of football. It comes from the English "to press" meaning pressure. This action represents a tactical behavior of a team at the situation of loss of ball possession. The main objective is to recover the ball as fast as possible. To perform a good pressing need to make the whole team together and simultaneously, but does not show the same effect.
There are two types of pressing. On the one hand the pressing attack, after loss of ball in the attacking half, is not left out of the defensive zone to the opposing team. On the other side is the pressing in midfield. In turn there are two types. The first is between the two areas where the team pressed after turnover. The second is to wait for the opposing team crosses midfield and then the pressing is done in the half.

The problem of today
The problem of today with the children is the lack of play with other children, and this entails experimentation. Children lock themselves in their homes with video games and not go out to develop their motor skills, and what affects them most do not understand the use of rules of the game, winning, losing.
This is very complicated and even if today you have your father screaming and telling you what to do.
In short, we are making the children know not fend for themselves and do not develop their own style of football. The living do what parents inculcate (sometimes very good, but many do not) and not so play on the street taught.
We must change this!

Collective technique: The technical relief.
The Technical Relief
The relief is an offensive technical basic skill, that consists of supporting the possession of the ball, by means of a change of control in the player - ball.
It is the action of transmission of the ball that is realized between two players of the same equipment without a displacement of the ball. The relief is the technical action of the transmission of the ball in which there is change of holder and of organizational initiative, giving the responsibility and functions to the new holder.
It is a complex action, by what it is not given very much in children, though it is necessary to to create a base in order that the children could realize it in a future, since it is a useful skill, which does not need a great technical individual skill, only it needs coordination and good understanding between two players. It is a skill that goes out for if alone when the players play for a long time together and they understand each other between them.

The Technical Hability and Skill
The Technical Hability and Skill
Any action in static or dynamic position that allows to have the ball in power of the player in order adversaries overcome to one o more and to facilitate the action and displacement of the companions.
The actions of skill are necessary when there is no possibility of direct game, this actions are basically offensive, whose aim is to create plays of goal.
Skill is the aptitude to realize any technical action with a special quality that makes it be of complex accomplishment.
Training of the skill in children:
Movements will be looked by static opposition, later by dynamic opposition and, finally, by active opposition.
The training of the skill must be progressive as all the trainings, complicating the actions progressively, going on from simple exercises to difficult exercises.
The exercises more used are: the elevations of ball, to realize touches with any part of the body, conductions of ball with both legs, precise displacements of ball, rapid and precise actions in limited spaces...
All these exercises are analytical exercises, which have to have a final aim, already be to open spaces, to create offensive plays, to score goals .... for it it is necessary to to train of more global form once the basic concepts have been acquired and to move the learned to real situations of game.

PLAYING STYLES: DIRECT GAME
PLAYING STYLES: DIRECT GAME
Often talk about direct game has been synonymous with ugly soccer, anti soccer, big kick ... and other little from qualifying.
Away from them we understand that direct action is a tactical game that involves, or may involve well-executed direct and effective way to carry out an attack with maximum speed and with all the benefits that entails a counter.
Direct play increases the chances of success in their opponent's goal superior value, use of space and surprise.
And that favors the decongestion caused by the accumulation of players in our field, finding the opponent back against well-executed as it is.
There are multiple ways to run an attack of this nature but in this post we highlight one per common and effective as is the game on the front (either center or bands) that directly or indirectly run the attack
One of the best examples of this style is Atletico de Madrid and the teams of the coach José Mourinho.
The direct style is to keep the ball short time before moving feet or a strike. Also often it called "one-touch football." It requires, above all, be team players with the precision it short and effective front able to realize the opportunities.

PLAYING STYLES: THE GAME PREPARED
PLAYING STYLES: THE GAME PREPARED
The new trend is that of the developed football game. After Barcelona and the Spanish team will mark a time with a style in which the ball was most important. To perform this style of play is very important that children learn from an early age, always look for a pass, not risking the ball and defend with the ball.
One of the best examples of this style is Xavi Hernandez, a player who until recently marked the time of his club and Spain.
This style of play is characterized by retaining control of the ball as long as possible, risking little in the pass (usually short) and creating the play slowly until you have a clear chance. To use this style you need to have skilled players in the team in control of the ball and accurate in the pass. If it maintains possession, the opponents will go tired as they will have to run and try harder to steal balls.
Also known as tiki-taka

POWER POINT ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF BASE FOOTBALL
HOW WORK WITH THE CHILD
Anyone who believes that directing a human groups is easy, you're wrong. But the most difficult thing when it gets into the top group of playing sports like football here. In addition to the own difficulties posed humans football has a number of difficulties are a coach when leading his team as effectively as possible. These can be:
- A coach can not control injuries players
- Priman results on the work done
- You are in doubt about himself because of pressure
In team management should begin with basic categories like children to be taking practice must become an accepted and not a tax leader leader. A good coach will be under knowing you are working with children and not adults of small stature, from there must know and know how to work with them.Key aspects that a coach should promote are:Intellectual growth:
It should stimulate the curiosity of children, as it is a stage that many questions. They should enhance the space-time perception and observation skills. Also the attention span and concentration.Social growth:
At this stage, children feel the need to interact with other children so the coach should facilitate this relationship and explain the rules of behavior of a group and ways of relating.Emotional growth:
At this stage serenan children emotionally and is a good time to get the most out of them.Ethical growth:
The most important thing in this regard is to begin to know and respect the laws and understand what is right and what is wrong.

Mental preparation in base football
Every player must have a minimum of conditions to work in the sport. It has to have certain technical, tactical, physical and psychological qualities, and as the go perfecting, will increase the possibility of playing into categories and higher level teams.Sometimes these limit them to perform in one having less chances to play, being the most injured goalkeeper but not the only one. Plants that are good for side or pivots, or strikers delayed no longer perform well known. This is influenced by many factors, but the fact is that more and more coaches require comprehensive and versatile players.
not addressed generally those mental abilities that require all players: self-confidence, motivation, self-control, self-knowledge, among many others. They are taking into account those that differentiate them from most of the main requirements of their area. Thus mental training is done by adapting it to the specific needs and functions.
In the following address, we can read more about this topic

The Clearance or Freeing
The Clearance or Freeing
The Clearance or Freeing it is the technical action consisting defensive of one I throb of the ball in order to remove it from our desk or from zones near to the own area. It is the effective way of solving a situation compromised near the own desk removing the ball far from where he is.
In spanish we said "Despeje" or "Despejar el Balón" it is considered to be a technical defensive action especially, since normally they make her the defenders to avoid danger, to save goals of the opposite team or not to be complicated.
The freeing or Clearance can realize with all the surfaces of the body that it allows the regulation, fundamentally the feet and the head.
The player who realizes the freeing must have a great vision of game to try to orientate it towards a companion or to the free space and thus not to lose the possession of the ball. To realize it with efficiency is necessary a good technical quality, a good sense of the defensive game and a good sense of the anticipation.
It is necessary to show forcefulness in the freeing since it offers safety to our equipment and unfuses a mixture of dread and respect in the adversary.

PLAYING STYLES: THE COUNTERATTACK
PLAYING STYLES: THE COUNTERATTACK
Football counterattack aims to catch the opponent off guard. When the opposing team loses possession in midfield or attack, defenders tend to be away from their usual area to support the attack, and this is the right time to start a counterattack through long, accurate passes using either a very fast player who manages to break the defensive line. To play on the counter may be needed one or two strikers near the halfway line to receive the ball when the counter is started or to attract the attention of defenses and open holes.
Counter not only involved the front, but also defenders and midfielders can participate trying to go forward in numerical superiority and moving the ball quickly and intelligently. Speed is an important factor this style of play, both for those who use it and for those who want to counter it. The teams usually play good counter pressure so strong midfielders to lose the ball.
Phases:
- Phase 1: steal and fast output, ensuring the first pass, making a short, fast and space pass.
- Phase 2: fast development, using short passes, quick and space.
- Phase 3: end, action must always end with an explosive surprise release.

The Conduction or "Lead" At Football
The Conduction or "Lead" At Football
It is the technique that the player does on having controlled and to handle the ball in his to roll about the area of game. Importantly the progression in his education, that is to say from the slow and simple thing to the rapid and superior thing.
The conduction is a technique basically offensive, that is in use for taking the ball of a point to other one, looking for superiority, to open spaces ... to obtain the principal aim of the football, score to goal.
To lead the ball, there is in use normally the exterior part of the dominant foot, this happens in high level, since in low categories it is more complicated that it is like that. But anyhow there must train which is the correct way of doing this action.
Some bases for the correct development of this skill:
"To "caress" the ball. (Precision of I throb and force applied to the ball).
The vision between space and the ball. (The vision and control at all time of the ball, opponents and companions). Peripheral vision.
The need of his protection. (To support the possession of the ball).
A good conduction has to be done by the elevated head, without being looking constant at the ball, in addition both legs have to be in use. Short touches must be realized not to lose the control of the ball and it is necessary to go as quick as possible.

The concept of the technique at football
The concept of the technique at football
The concept of technique at football, will be defined as all actions that is capable of a football player, dominating and directing the ball with all the surfaces of contact that allows the regulation (Head, chess, Feet... Quite except arms and hands).
At football there exist two types of technique, the individual and the collective one. And inside these two, we can find the defensive technique and the offensive technique.
Individual Technique: Actions that it is capable of developing a player of football in own benefit finishing a play without the intervention of other companions of the equipment. But that have a final benefit for the team.
Colective Technique: Actions that two or more players of a team do to connect looking always for the benefit of the set by means of an effective ending of the play.
The technique at football is based on several aspects, for example:
- Correct situation on the ball, feeling direction of the rival, speed and possible options to do.
- Concentration on the ball, without losing it of sight, to assure a good contact in the precise moment and place and with the force adapted to achieve a good culmination to a previous action.
- Coordination of movements, domain of the body, easing and balance over the foot of support.
- Skill in the execution.
- A wide base of technical, offensive and defensive concepts, based on a lot of work, trainings and effort.

Physical preparation is necessary in youth football?
Physical preparation is necessary in youth football?
At an early age, which is just when children absorb much more easily knowledge, children need to develop their coordinative capacity, psychomotor and ball skills. But above all this we have education and fun, which is something that will not be a long case.
But why we not perform more workouts aimed at satisfying those qualities because we blind ?, the goal of winning above all else and forget the playful component that sport brings.
Then I leave a link on this subject, carried out by our friends futbolofensivo.com, includes documentary video about this
